I really liked this jacket. Its real confortable, and light. The size is perfect (a little wider on the waist than it seams on the picture though but still good). I liked that it has a pocket on one arm as well as the usual 2, and has velcro on top of the zipper so you can really close it well and keep the rain out.

Love the fit. True to size. Enables plenty of room to wear a fleece jacket underneath without being tight if needed during cool spells. Wore on a hiking trip to Glacier when p.m. showers came through. The only option that would really improve it for the price would be for ventilation options through the axillary region. Otherwise, it did it's job effectively. Would buy again. I liked it so well, I continue to wear it to work, walking the dog etc. when weather warrants. Also, I purchased a white one and it washes up well.

This jacket was a lifesaver on a recent trip that unavoidably kept me out in the rain for two photographers' field trips. I had originally purchased it with the idea of some light use, not planning on spending hours at a time outside in pouring rain. I stayed dry (along with my camera) and shielded from the cold wind as well. Although I usually wear a medium size in most clothes, I thought that the medium was a little snug in the hips, especially if it was over a bulky sweater. The size large was not so large that it looked sloppy, just comfortable and casual...and very well made.
As always, Amazon was dependable and prompt with competitive pricing as well. That means a lot, especially if you have to return for a different size.

Love this jacket! Got it just in time for fall Band season. It kept me nice and dry throughout a rainy football game. Ordered up a size to make sure I can fit a heavy sweatshirt underneath. Nicely sized hood -- kept my glasses dry:)
